4. Service Schedule

Once a service is booked, we will provide a service schedule. This schedule may be adjusted due to weather or other conditions.Customers must ensure access to their property on the scheduled service day. If access is not available, services may be rescheduled at our discretion.

5. Payment Terms

Payments for services are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.We accept Stripe as forms of payment. Invoices must be paid immediately of service completion. Late payments may incur additional fees and could result in the suspension of services.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may cancel services with at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service may be subject to a cancellation fee.Refunds for services are issued at our discretion, and only if the service has not yet been completed.

S & V Outdoor Solutions is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the property or for damages caused by external factors (e.g., weather, pests, disease).We are not liable for any damages caused by failure to provide proper access to the property on scheduled service days.
